We pride ourselves on our fast delivery times.
All UK orders are sent post FREE with Royal Mail, Evri, or Yodel. Please allow 2 – 4 days for delivery.

We aim to send all items out on the same day or by the next working day. We only ship orders Monday – Friday.

Please make sure you enter your shipping/delivery address correctly at checkout as we cannot be held responsible for any orders being delivered to an incorrect address.

Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your mystery gift boxes. If for any reason you are not happy, you can return your mystery gift box within 14 days for a full refund of the value of the Mystery Gift Box

If you wish to return your mystery box, please make sure you notify us immediately via email and return your box within 14 days of the delivery date. 

All items in the mystery box must be unused, unopened, and complete with the original packaging intact.
Any items not received in good condition or used will be deducted from the refund amount.
With your returned mystery box please include your full name and order number.
The cost of returning the mystery box is your responsibility.
As soon as we receive your mystery box back we will refund the original mystery box price.
Please note that any extras such as faster delivery or gift wrapping will not be included in the refund

PLEASE NOTE:
YOU are responsible for the safe return of the mystery gift box until it reaches us. We cannot be held responsible for returned boxes that are damaged or do not reach us. Please make sure items are packed carefully and send them via a Recorded service.
